During the tarion walkthrough we inform our clients to call us any time with any questions or concerns.
At this point they have Geoff cell on speed dial and do not seem to hesitate in contacting him with any question, for years and years after the build has been completed. Even if it a request that has nothing to do with us, or me…I still try to help our clients in any way I can. At this point if there is an emergency and we can’t be reached our client know our subtrades by name and can contact them directly.
